I just love the study. Coming back to uni has been so invigorating and just learning about new stuff again, after 20 years of kind of doing the same thing, learning about a whole new world has just been fascinating.

True or false? You need a clear career plan before starting postgraduate study. False. Yeah, false. And this study will help me figure out my next career.

I was just tired after 10 years of working in a hospital, and so I decided to study the master's so that I could still stay in health and use my past experience, but have
a bit of a change in scenery.

So with physio, it's very one-on-one, which is very meaningful, but I wanted a change and I wanted to do something in health but different. Public health was a way of changing people's health on a much bigger scale.

I was a bit nervous that I wouldn't have time to study. It gave me enough flexibility that I thought oh, now I could do it.

There's doctors, there's nurses, there's dieticians, and there's teachers. Just a broader scope of information coming together. It makes good, interesting discussions. 

Thinking about where study could take me just made me feel like I've got another whole career in my life, and that's really exciting.
