Access PCOC reports from 2009 through to the latest release, presenting nearly two decades of national palliative care outcomes.

PCOC Digital Dashboard

The is now available to people who receive outcome reports via the PCOC Online Portal.

The Digital Dashboard is an interactive online resource that provides services participating in PCOC with timely access to their data, supporting benchmarking, trend analysis and quality improvement activities.

It enables clinicians to move from high-level performance indicators to more detailed patient-level insights, helping turn data into meaningful action that can improve care.
